All whipped body butter products are shipped via US Postal Service and take 4-6 business day depending on where the customer lives. Once tracking is sent Medici Body Flavs is NOT responsible for any LOST packages. Any LOST packages delivery please contact the US Postal Service.

You may contact us at sales@medicibodyflavs.com if you have problems with your order. If something is damaged or missing please let me know WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. I may request photos of any damaged or defective item. I will also need pictures of the shipping box to submit an insurance claim with the shipping company.
